kostet Geld und viel Zeit. Wir bieten dir einen wirklich fairen Preis
für ein gutes Produkt.

Was ist ein Testzugang?
Unseren Testzugang bieten wir dir zu einem kleinen Preis an, damit du unser
Angebot zunächst testen kannst, ohne gleich einen ganzen Beitrag zahlen
zu müssen. Unser Testzugang verlängert sich nach Ablauf der Testzeit
automatisch in ein Abo. Wenn du keine Verlängerung wünschst, dann kündige
bitte den Testzugang 12 Stunden vor Ablauf.

Was mache ich, wenn ich nach Kauf eines Testzuganges weiter Mitglied
bleiben möchte?
Du brauchst nichts zu unternehmen. Das Angebot verlängert sich automatisch,
bis es von dir gekündigt wird.

Was bedeutet eigentlich Abo?
Bei einem Abo werden die im Zahlungsformular festgelegten Beiträge
in regelmäßigen Abständen berechnet, so lange deine Mitgliedschaft nicht
gekündigt wurde. Bitte beachte, dass Abos zwei Tage vor Ablauf gekündigt
werden müssen, damit die Kündigung rechtzeitig vor der nächsten Verlängerung
eingetragen wird.

Wann kann ich kündigen?
Immer.

Was passiert mit den von mir angegebenen Daten?
Alle Payment-Daten werden verschlüsselt übertragen, streng vertraulich
behandelt und nicht weitergegeben. Zu unserer Sicherheit wird deine IP-Adresse
mit dem Zeitstempel festgehalten. Vorsätzliche Falscheingaben werden
strafrechtlich verfolgt und sofort angezeigt.

What is a test account?
We can offer you our test account for a small price, so that you can at first check
out our offer without having to pay the whole amount. Our test account will after
its end automatically be converted in a subscription. If you do not want
a conversion, please cancel your test account 12 hours before its end.

What shall I do if I want to remain a member after having bought
a test account?
There is nothing that you need to do. The offer is being renewed automatically
until you cancel it.

What does subscription actually mean?
With a subscription the contribution, that is fixed in the payment form, is being
charged regularly - as long as you do not cancel your membership. Please note
that subscriptions have to be cancelled two days before their end, so that
the cancellation will be carried out in good time before the next renewal.

When am I allowed to cancel?
At any time.

What happens to my personal data?
All your payment data will be transmitted encoded, being handled strictly
confidentially, and will not be passed on. To our security your IP address will
be captured with a time stamp. Intentional declarations of false data will be
prosecuted and reported to the authorities immediately.
