b) 18Plus-Account löschen?

Bitte denk daran, deine Kündigung rechtzeitig abzuschicken. Ein Testzugang
muss 12 Stunden, ein normales Abo muss 2 Tage vor Ablauf gekündigt werden.

Übrigens:
Ein Abo wird nicht dadurch gekündigt, dass eine Abbuchung nicht eingelöst
oder eine Lastschrift zurückgegeben wird. In diesen Fällen entstehen
erhebliche Kosten (mindestens 15,00 Euro) und das Abo ist damit nicht
automatisch aufgelöst. Stattdessen wird in solchen Fällen ein Mahnverfahren
eingeleitet und du erhältst für laufende Beiträge eine Rechnung.
Sollte so ein Fall doch einmal eingetreten sein, setze dich bitte so schnell
wie möglich mit uns in Verbindung, damit dir keine unnötigen Kosten entstehen.
Wir sind immer bemüht, eine Regelung zu finden.

b) Cancelling 18Plus-Account?

Please make sure that your cancellation is sent off on time. A test account has
to be cancelled 12 hours, a normal subscription has to be cancelled 2 days before
its end.

By the way:
A subscription cannot be cancelled by not cashing a debiting or by giving it back.
In these cases extensive supplementary costs (at least 15.00 euros) will occur
 - and the subscription will not be cancelled automatically. Instead of this summary
proceedings will be opened and you will receive a bill for recurring costs.
Should a case like that happen nevertheless, please contact us as soon as possible
so that unnecessary costs for you can be avoided. We always endeavour to find
a solution.
